Q: What are your charges?
A: It depends on what the problem is.  We charge FIXED prices not hourly prices, which mean we tell you a price then stick to it.  Prices are constantly changing for us to be competitive so please email us here requesting a price.

Q: Do you repair laptops?
A: Yes! We repair just about any laptop.  What ever the make or model is we can fix it.  What happens is we diagnose your laptop and if we think its worth fixing we will call you with a price.  If the cost of repair is more than the laptop is worth we will let you know this and give you the options.

Q: Can you recover data?
A: Yes we have data recovery measures in place.  Just contact us with your requirements.  Data can be copied to a cd, DVD or external hard drive.

Q: Do you do home or office visits
A: Yes, we can come to your home or office.  Our charges are very competitive!

Q: Do you sell brand new computers or laptops?
A: Yes. We ask for your requirements then provide you with a price.  We will then build or order a pre built system for your requirements.  We can compete with most major retailers & offer a very good after sales, NO premium rate numbers to phone, just friendly & local staff.

Q: Do you refurbish or sell second hand computers & Laptops?
A: Yes! We can provide used laptops or desktops from £50.  Just contact us using the contact form to request our current stock. 

Q: Do you buy second hand laptops or desktops?
A: YES! contact us to tell us what you have.  We need proof of purchase or proof of identity i.e. driving licence. Drop us a email or call us on the numbers above.  We will need to see the goods then offer you a price.

Q: Can you support my business or school?
A: Yes! We currently have a large number of small & medium size businesses on our books.  They include server installs, service contracts & onsite support.  Each Customer will receive dedicated support.  We offer out of hours service for the more needy business.

Q: Do you sell Ink cartridges?
A: Yes! Our Maryport workshop stocks a wide range of original or compatible printer inks at very cheap prices.  Prices start from £2.88 + vat.  People who order in bulk receive a high discount rate. In addition to ink we also stock paper, computer parts, blank CD's and DVD's again at very competitive prices.  We can also provide a mail order service.
